words and labels, a catch 22
often creating prisons of categorization
and unknowingly we chain ourselves
to thoughtless burdens
to be free, to be truly free
we must let go of these beliefs
that entrap and confine the mind
truth transcends thoughts of men
so too, must I, in order to be free
I must let go and make room
for grace to cover me
to open the space, to fill the place
within and without
all things that grow
start in small form
eventually expanding
beyond space and time
liberation from one’s mind
into the peace that passes all
understanding, illusions disbanding
leading deeper into everlasting life
where oneness and wholeness unite
and freedom does reign forever
this our eternal endeavor
