my eyes, like a camera,
capturing the world
around, with a perspective
of love, peace, and joy

my ears, like a symphony,
hearing the instrumentation
within, according to the great
conductor’s cosmic desire

my heart, aligning what I see
before me and what I hear within
releasing as words that dance
and fill the page

this is the unitive experience
observation and exploration
joining as creative expression
for me, this is life
