When you look upon someone,
whoever they are, show them
honor, kindness, and compassion
for you never know the struggle
they’re going through
as they climb on
life’s mountain.

Honor, kindness, and compassion—
these are the Ways of Love,
elevating and shining brightly,
into the clefts and valleys.

These Ways of Love
lighten everyone’s load;
for him who receives, and
for him who gives.
