If we always are to be
haven’t we always been?

Our existence pro-created
when God said “let there be light.”
Consciousness, spoken thought,
manifesting in energetic, visual form.

Might this gift of life, the present,
be as much about remembering
who we are and from where we came,
as it is in be-coming, once again.

Not this or that, but the revelation of both;
in one instantaneous moment,
all coming into being, yet
having always been and always to be.

One with God, and also in individuated form;
presenting the opportunity for God
to experience Oneself, outside of Oneself,
moving within and among all of creation.

In this realm of time and space, it must unfold
in an orderly way; one before the other,
tho all at the same time.

The paradox of the Divine;
where we must learn to let go
so we can live.

Oh, how beautiful the sublime.
