Love is always
moving, giving, offering, pursuing, desiring …

Love is action—
eternal energy in motion;
the overflow of who God is.

God is peace—
the calm in my storm, the comfort when I mourn,
the stillness that holds me tight in the darkness of night.

God is my rest, my salvation.
Love is his way, his command.

In this restful love,
I find a joyous state;
surely, this is Heaven.
