Feelings buried alive
come back to haunt.

Choose to be constructive
for instinct is destructive.

Get them out,
or they’ll tear you up.

They’ll harden the heart
that’s meant to be your guide.

And then where will you go?
But where dis-ease resides.

To live in peace
you must deal with what you feel,
or like a ghost haunting the abode
they will come back to deal with you.
