when lost, is what makes life so hard.

Coming to accept this truth—
that you can’t have one without the other—
produces a transformation within.
Creating proper perspective and understanding;
they are two sides of the same coin.

Learn to appreciate and love deeply
yet hold with open hands
for a time will come when you need
to release and let go—
the balance of life.

Lean into these feelings
of both joy and sorrow;
they are both needed
to experience fully.
