What you consume
via body, soul, and spirit,
consumes you.

If your perspective is bright
you’re consuming well.
If your perspective is not
you’re consuming hell.

Consuming well includes
chewing and digesting that which you take in
leading to a state of creation within.

Consuming hell is stagnant,
constrictive, apathetic toward what you take in
leading to a state of damnation within.

What you consume
via body, soul, and spirit,
consumes you.

Be wise in your consumption.
